deutschland is....
-amazing bavarian beer and wurst
-embarrassing myself speaking german in class (which is 6 hours of religious studies theory in german)
-spending a lot of down time in my room, lonely, although trying to make friends
-realizing how time starts and stops, speeds up, and slows down
-planning trips to berlin, vienna, mallorca, prague, istanbul, cairo, casablanca, moscow
-learning how day to day things work- the hard way
-playing in the snow. yes. SNOW. TODAY.
-missing home. sometimes.
I'm picking up anna meyer at the train station in one hour. small world, huh?

I can't believe it's snowing there.
I'm wearing a capris, a tank, and flip flops today. It's 75 and sunny.
